"Inside Jokes": Presenting both sides

Hi everyone!!! it has been very sunny lately. ok. getting to the main topic today.
The main topic is: Inside Jokes: Presenting bOth sides (wow coincidence it matches the title!! omg!!)
So. Most people enjoy inside jokes as a way of bragging to others wat a close relationship they have with another friend. They feel close and happy. Some people do it just for fun, but some have an inferiority complex that they must express by making others feel LEFT OUT. People sometimes have inside jokes to feel like they are in an elitist group, and that adds to their confidence. To everyone who enjoys inside jokes: They are fine and a fun way to socialize with friends, but make sure not to rave on and on about it in front of a person who honestly cannot stand it and feels left out(unless there are about more than about two ppl who don't know about it. In that case, you don't have to be quite as careful).
Now for the more positive side. Some people honestly do not want to leave out another person, and simply use them as a fun way of picking some conversation out of a boring meal or party or something. This is perfectly fine, and DO NOT act like you don't know anything about it for the sake of the people who might be feeling left out. The person who brought it up might feel like it is not worth making inside jokes with you, and that your relationship doesn't mean much. A note to people who are feeling left out: keep and open mind as to why they are even making the jokes. It may be a way for their bonds to get even stronger.

KEEP IN MIND: THESE ARE JUST SUGGESTIONS SO DON'T BE ALL MAD AT ME I AM JUST TRYING TO HELP!!! follow these tips if the situations apply to you, and, well don't if they will make the other person mad or something.

Hope these help.
